Frozen, inspired by the Hans Christian Andersen fairytale, The Snow Queen, tells the story of two sister Princesses, Elsa and Anna. The girls' parents, the King and Queen of Arendelle die in a tragic accident when the sisters are teenagers. Elsa has a magical power beyond her control and is driven out of her kingdom on the day of her coronation as Queen of Arendelle. Anna then sets off on an epic journey to find Elsa, teaming up with Kristoff and his reindeer Sven. Elsa's icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in an eternal winter so Anna and Kristoff must battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom. Along the way they encounter Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf.
