From tutus to the Rovers, this Friday Dancewear Central model Lucy Fallon will be swapping our photo-shoots for the TV screen as she makes her début on Coronation Street.
Blackpool-born Lucy Fallon is one of our regular models and while we be sorry to see her go, we couldn't be happier for her to finally be realising her dream. Having worked hard in order to pay for acting classes she was initially turned down for the role, in favour of Katie Redford. She was offered the part however, when it transpired that Redford has lied about her age. While Lucy was unable to take up her place at drama school, she will now be learning from the best, proving to us all that determination and hard work is all you need to succeed.
Lucy will be playing Bethany Platt the teen terror, who returns to the street having run away from Milan. Causing trouble from the off she gets into an altercation with a taxi driver, tries to seduce Andy by lying about her age, before being caught shop-lifting. Starting how she means to go on!
While we can assure you that unlike her character Lucy is an absolute delight, we have every faith that she will portray the tearaway brilliantly.
We wish Lucy the best of luck and look forward to seeing her début on the cobbles this Friday night!
