The Stage: digitised
The prestigious magazine, The Stage providing a wealth of information to producers, technicians, avid fans and everyone in between has launched The Stage Digital package. This includes the weekly edition of the newspaper as an app for iPad and iPhone, in addition to the weekly edition on a Desktop app which is viewable on any PC or laptop. Both apps are included in the full subscription prices for both annual (£58 including VAT) and quarterly (£15.50 including VAT) for the newspaper.
The Stage has been published in print for over one hundred years with huge amounts of theatrical information readily available to devour once a week. However, now readers can receive the exact copy of the weekly printed paper online, delivered each Thursday morning just as the print version is. For those readers who do already have an existing postal subscription to the newspaper, they are able to take advantage of a special introductory offer which enables them to receive the digital package free of charge by submitting their subscriber number and username to the website.
In addition to the printed newspaper, and now the technological apps The Stage has
enjoyed large amounts of traffic visiting its flourishing website, which includes a different selection of news and views to those included in the paper. Online users are now able to access the full version of the publication, widening The Stage’s audience and enabling even more people all over the world to get their hands on the weekly editions of all things stage.
