Strictly Come Dancing professional cast confirmed!
Put on your Dancing shoes, the new series of Strictly Come Dancing has just seen its professional dancers confirmed in what will be the biggest ever line up for the show. Each series sees 15 professional dancers partner 15 celebrities in a bid to win the Strictly Come Dancing crown. There will be four new professional dancers for 2013, and Iveta Lukosiute will return, totting up the total to 15; Lukosiute was introduced on the 2012 series when Aliona Vilani was injured.
There will be eight female celebrities and seven male celebrities taking to the floor this series, each vying to become the Strictly Come Dancing champion. The existing cast of professional dancers includes Flavia Cacace, Brendan Cole, Anton du Beke, James Jordan, Robin Windsor, Artem Chigvintsev, Pasha Kovalev, Ola Jordan, Kristina Rhianoff, Natalie Lowe and Karen Hauer, with Anya Garnis, Aljaz Skorjanec, Janette Manrara and Kevin Clifton joining the series.

Garnis is a Russian-born Latin dancer, competing (from 1998) with her dance partner and fellow Strictly star Pasha Kovalev. The pair were finalists of the US Open Ballroom Championships before appearing on So You Think You Can Dance. Skorjanec has won 19 Slovenian championships in ballroom and Latin, representing Slovenia in the world Latin and ballroom championships for over 10 years. Manrara began with musical theatre before beginning her formal dance training in a variety of styles. Manrara was also a So You Think You Can Dance finalist, having also joined the West End cast of Burn the Floor in 2010. Clifton is a former Youth World Number One and the four times British Latin Champion, winning International Open titles across the world. Clifton has already performed in some of the Strictly Come Dancing group dances, and is engaged to fellow Strictly professional Karen Hauer.
